Terms of service

Terms of service

Last updated: 7 October 2026

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Fieldbook Store, trading as Fieldbook ("Fieldbook", "we", "us"). These terms apply whenever you use this website or buy a product from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: downloadable guides in PDF format, which may include worksheets, templates, prompts and similar materials (each a "Guide"). Each Guide's page sets out what it contains. We make reasonable efforts to describe Guides accurately, but screenshots and cover images are for illustration.

3. Educational purposes only

Our Guides provide general information for educational purposes. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, and they don't take your personal circumstances into account. Figures, examples and benchmarks are illustrative and may not reflect current conditions. You are responsible for your own decisions; please consult a suitably qualified professional before acting on anything in a Guide.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (MYR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider may convert the amount and charge its own fees. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you have already paid for. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

5. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Delivery is normally immediate. If your link doesn't arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us. Download links may expire or be limited to a set number of downloads, so please save a copy of your file.

6. Your licence to use a Guide

When you buy a Guide, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, keep copies for your own use, print it, and fill in its worksheets and templates for yourself. You may not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, upload or otherwise distribute a Guide or any part of it, whether free or for payment;
  • remove or alter any copyright notices;
  • present a Guide or its content as your own work; or
  • use a Guide to create a competing product.

All Guides and website content remain the intellectual property of Fieldbook or its licensors. If you break this licence, we may end it without refund.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Third-party tools and links

Some Guides refer to third-party apps, platforms, AI tools or websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability, terms or how they handle your data. Any use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, a Guide or this website, including financial loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Where the law doesn't allow us to exclude liability, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that can't legally be excluded, or any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia) or other consumer protection law that applies to you.

10. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation or using it for anything unlawful.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. This doesn't remove any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
